Eric Haiara
Chairman
Mr. Haiara has been the company’s founding Director and Chairman since June 2020. In 2020, he led a team of professionals to establish Unity Supermarket Limited. He became Chairman when the company was formed in June 2020. Prior to establishing Unity Supermarket Mr. Haiara worked for Ok Tedi Mining for 12 years in the area of IT Communications.
He was also the founding secretary for the PNG Christian Professional Network Inc.
Julius Aijau
Director - CFO
Julius is our founding director an Chief Finance Officer. He is an experienced finance professional, with more than 14 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance operations. He has been a director since June 2020 when the company was first founded.
He brings to the board technical skills in accounting, finance and a broad understanding of business operations. He is a member of CPA PNG and CPA Australia.
Clarke Piokole
Founding director
Clark is the founding director since the company since June 2020 when the company was first established. Prior to establishing Unity Supermarket Limited, Mr. Piokole worked for the National Flag Carrier, Air Niugini for 20 years as a pilot.
He has since moved on to pursue entrepreneurship in Real Estate and Grocery Retailing. He and his wife are owner-operators of Tali’s Pharmacy in Port Moresby. He brings to the Team, leadership, passion, and commitment to see Unity Supermarket achieve its Vision of making ordinary customers become owners of supermarkets and malls in PNG
Graham Dalibe
Founding director
Graham is the founding Director since June 2020 when the company was first established.
Prior to establishing Unity Supermarket Limited, Mr. Dalibe invested more than 20 years in the Oil & Gas Industry as an entrepreneur providing support services to the industry.
He owns and operates several businesses in Port Moresby, Lae and in the highlands.
He earned an engineering degree from the PNG University of Technology. He brings passion and commitment to the USL board.
John Mong
Founding director
John is a founding director of Unity Supermarket Ltd and an experienced finance professional with over 19 years’ experience in the areas of audit, business services, corporate finance, management accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
He is the Chairman of the Company’s Remuneration & Compensation Committee. Prior to establishing Unity Supermarket Limited, Mr. Mong worked for Steamships Trading Company Limited, and also was the CEO of Kalang Advertising Ltd (FM100).
